Payment Methods

We accept payments through the following platforms and methods:

• Stripe - For global users worldwide. Payments are processed in Great British Pounds (GBP). Stripe accepts all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
• Razorpay - For Indian users only. Payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). Razorpay accepts multiple payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, net banking, wallets, and other local payment options.

Payment Terms

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Services. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address and payment method details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time.

You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases, and you authorise us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order.

We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Services. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

Payment Model

AariyaTech UK Limited's Job Search Optimiser operates on a one-time payment model. We currently do not offer subscription-based or recurring payments. All purchases are one-time transactions for access to our AI-powered job search optimisation platform:

• Premium and Pro Features - One-time payment for 30 days of access to premium and professional job search optimisation features, including resume optimisation, job matching algorithms, interview preparation tools, and personalised recommendations.
• Add-ons - Individual features and add-ons (such as AI-powered profile reviews, LinkedIn optimisation, cover letter generation, and interview coaching) are available for separate one-time purchase. Each add-on can be purchased independently and used according to its terms.

No automatic renewals or recurring charges will occur. You must initiate a new purchase if you wish to continue using the Job Search Optimiser service after your 30-day access period expires.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. We maintain a strict no-refund policy on all purchases made through the Job Search Optimiser platform. Once a payment has been processed and completed, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including for unused access periods or dissatisfaction with the service.

If you experience technical difficulties, billing errors, or other issues with your purchase or access to the Job Search Optimiser, please contact us immediately at hello@jobsearchoptimiser.com. We will work with you to resolve any technical problems or concerns, but resolution may not necessarily result in a refund.

Cancellation Policy

Since we do not offer subscription-based services for the Job Search Optimiser, the traditional concept of "cancellation" does not apply to our one-time purchases. However, the following terms apply:

• Once a one-time payment is processed, you will receive immediate access to the Job Search Optimiser for the specified period (typically 30 days for Premium and Pro features). Your account will be fully activated with all purchased features.
• If you purchase an add-on or individual feature within the Job Search Optimiser, you will have access to that add-on for the specified period as per its terms and conditions.
• No refunds will be provided for unused portions of your access period, partial periods, or for any reason whatsoever.
• If you have questions about your purchase, access to Job Search Optimiser, or wish to discuss your options, please contact us at hello@jobsearchoptimiser.com.
• No automatic renewals: Your access to the Job Search Optimiser will expire at the end of the specified 30-day period. To continue using the platform and its features, you will need to make a new purchase.

Informal Negotiations

To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, controversy, or claim related to these Legal Terms (each a 'Dispute' and collectively, the 'Disputes') brought by either you or us (individually, a 'Party' and collectively, the 'Parties'), the Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute (except those Disputes expressly provided below) informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration. Such informal negotiations commence upon written notice from one Party to the other Party.

Binding Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Legal Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by the International Commercial Arbitration Court under the European Arbitration Chamber (Belgium, Brussels, Avenue Louise, 146) according to the Rules of this ICAC, which, as a result of referring to it, is considered as the part of this clause. The number of arbitrators shall be one (1). The seat, or legal place, of arbitration shall be United Kingdom, Brighton. The language of the proceedings shall be English. The governing law of these Legal Terms shall be the substantive law of United Kingdom.

Restrictions

The Parties agree that any arbitration shall be limited to the Dispute between the Parties individually. To the full extent permitted by law, (a) no arbitration shall be joined with any other proceeding; (b) there is no right or authority for any Dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis or to utilise class action procedures; and (c) there is no right or authority for any Dispute to be brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons.

Exceptions to Informal Negotiations and Arbitration

The Parties agree that the following Disputes are not subject to the above provisions concerning informal negotiations and binding arbitration: (a) any Disputes seeking to enforce or protect, or concerning the validity of, any of the intellectual property rights of a Party; (b) any Dispute related to, or arising from, allegations of theft, piracy, invasion of privacy, or unauthorised use; and (c) any claim for injunctive relief. If this provision is found to be illegal or unenforceable, then neither Party will elect to arbitrate any Dispute falling within that portion of this provision found to be illegal or unenforceable and such Dispute shall be decided by a court of competent jurisdiction within the courts listed for jurisdiction above, and the Parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of that court.
