Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Job Search Optimiser platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

User Responsibilities
  • Accurate Information: Provide truthful and accurate information in your profile, CV, and communications.
  • Account Security: Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials (including 2FA requirements) and notify us of any unauthorised access.
  • Appropriate Use: Use the platform only for legitimate job search and career development purposes.
  • Compliance: Follow all applicable laws and regulations in your job search activities.
  • Respectful Communication: Maintain professional conduct in all interactions with our team and partner agencies.
Intellectual Property and Data Licensing

Ownership of Platform and Algorithms

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Job Search Optimiser (JSO) platform, including but not limited to its underlying AI algorithms, "Trust Scoring" methodology, codebase, user interface, trademarks, and proprietary logic, are and will remain the exclusive intellectual property of AariyaTech UK Limited.

Data Output and Licensing

You retain full ownership of the original personal data and documentation (e.g., your initial CV) that you upload to the platform. However, the enhanced outputs generated by JSO - including AI-optimised CVs, portfolio analytics, and Trust Scores—are provided to you under a limited, revocable, personal, and non-commercial license strictly for the purpose of your individual job search. You may not resell, package, or commercialise the outputs generated by our platform.

Prohibited Activities and Anti-Scraping Policy

To protect the integrity of our platform, user data, and proprietary AI, you strictly agree not to:

  • Use any automated systems, bots, spiders, scrapers, crawlers, or data extraction methods to access, query, or harvest data, CVs, or user profiles from the JSO platform.
  • Attempt to bypass, circumvent, or disable any security features, API rate limits, or access controls implemented by AariyaTech UK Limited.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, AI prompts, or scoring algorithms powering the JSO platform.
  • Use the platform’s outputs to train, fine-tune, or develop any competing machine learning models, artificial intelligence systems, or software applications.
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limitations.
  • Share account credentials with unauthorised users.
  • Use the platform for spam or fraudulent activities, or violate the intellectual property rights of others.
Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

Job Placement Disclaimer

While our platform significantly improves job search success rates, we cannot guarantee job placement. Success depends on various factors including market conditions, individual qualifications, and effort.

AI Analysis Limitations

Our AI recommendations are based on industry best practices and data analysis. Final decisions regarding CV content and job applications remain with the user.

Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for the actions or services of partner recruitment agencies. Users engage with agencies at their own discretion.

Termination and Enforcement

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. AariyaTech UK Limited reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts, without notice or refund, if we detect any violation of these terms, particularly regarding unauthorised scraping or IP infringement. We also reserve the right to pursue legal and injunctive relief for any unauthorised access that compromises our infrastructure. Upon termination:

  • Access to premium features will cease immediately.
  • Data will be retained and deleted according to our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR guidelines.
  • Unused consultation credits may be refunded solely at our discretion.
